Contest

First, let me thank everyone who made the Richmond S.P.C.A.'s Fur Ball such a great success. It was beautifully organized and a lot of fun to attend.

I've decided to hold a little contest. With the holiday season approaching, the winner of the contest will receive ten (10) copies of "A Feather" (that's a $120 value). CD's make great gifts, regardless of the holiday you choose to celebrate!

To enter, just tell five (5) people who have never heard my music about your favorite Mike Ferry song(s). Email, call, write - whatever. It's that easy. Shoot an email to me (honor system, folks!) when you've done it. THERE'S NO LIMIT TO THE ENTRIES YOU CAN MAKE (in other words, if you tell 25 people, you will have 5 entries in the contest...etc.).

I'll hold a drawing sometime around Thanksgiving. If you win, I'll email you for your mailing address ... I'll even pay for shipping!

Fur Ball

Tonight I'll perform at the Richmond S.P.C.A.'s "Fur Ball" at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA. It should be a great time. I've heard all kinds of "Fur Ball" tales (pun intended...) about parading animals, Richmond insiders, and generally enjoyable evenings.

Also... the New York Mets now hold a 2-0 lead over the Dodgers. This could be a most excellent October!
